Personal Development Training
Personal Development Training can help you gather deeper understanding of self in the context of own beliefs/limitations/expectations and also in the context of others, applicable across most spheres of life. Understanding how we impact on others and how we are being perceived or triggered by our environment can help us grow and improve as individuals. Often times we follow a script for life which we are unaware of, finding ourselves in similar situations and relationships, wondering why the story keeps repeating itself time after time. A single training session can be an opportunity to see areas for improvement or change, which could either be continued through participation in our follow up courses or therapy setting; they might also be a sufficient one of experience to pause, question and feel inspired.
